We will begin with a brief-complementary consultation call and a discussion about your lifestyle, diet, stress level, health history, health concerns/issues, and personal goals so that we can best assess your overall health and learn more about your physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual needs and begin the process of unveiling the root cause of your health struggles. You will be asked to complete an Integrative-Wellness Health Assessment. From there, we will create a plan depending on what will best fit your schedule and goals. At Design and Wellness Center, explore holistic therapies for stress and anxiety reduction, health promotion, disease and illness prevention and to create harmony and balance in your mind, body and spirit. ​A holistic-integrative nurse wellness appointment can be customized for the following coaching and interventional therapies: -holistic-integrative health, wellness and spiritual assessments -disease management -self-care management -meditation -breathwork -energy healing and relaxation techniques -guided imagery -essential oils and aromatherapy -acupressure -energy therapy -targeted massage -mindfulness -vibrational sound therapy -gentle Yoga -spiritual counseling -stress management -functional nutrition & weight management education With your permission, we will collaborate and work alongside your primary physician and healthcare team to best optimize your health. Nurse wellness appointments may be provided in-office, virtual telehealth and/or at your place of residence (area limitations and referrals required for home visits). Cost of our private nurse integrative wellness sessions vary, however on average our cost can range anywhere between $75 to $125 per hour depending on the service. Cancelation Policy

Appointment Policy COVID-19 safety precautions: Masks are encouraged but not required. I'll be wearing a mask during your appointment. If you feel sick, tested positive or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellations Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. I understand that unanticipated events happen and my intention is to fair to all of my clients. No refunds are issued for appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice, for no-shows or for any services already rendered.  Late Arrivals​ If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will remain as the time scheduled in order to accommodate my client appointments following yours. For client's arriving more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation and no refunds will be issued. This is out of respect and consideration to myself and my other clients.
