90-day Reset, Rebalance and Thrive Program for Women

My 90-Day Reset, Rebalance and Thrive Program is designed to guide women who are in the midst of a life or health challenge and desires to align with their true self. I help women discover healthier ways of healing emotional wounds at the root and moving through the emotional/mental barriers that are holding her back. My coaching program empowers women to make lasting behavior changes that are the foundation for a lifetime of health and well-being.

I take into account the whole person within the following wellness dimensions:

When one of these elements are out of balance it can create disturbance in your whole being. ​My coaching programs are designed for self-motivated women who are ready, willing and committed to journeying along a personal transformation and healing path. 

Prior to or during your new client consultation appointment you will be asked to complete an Integrative Health and Wellness Assessment™ (IHWA)-short form which will be used to evaluate and assess areas of your life including: life balance/satisfaction, relationships, spiritual, mental, emotional, physical/nutrition, physical exercise, weight, environmental factors and health responsibility.

 

This self-reporting tool assists my clients in assessing healthy behaviors through a self-reflection process, provides information for the coaching relationship, and may be an outcome measurement for future coaching sessions. Please allow 10-15 minutes to complete the assessment online.

This 90 day program allows time for you to reset, rebalance and to delve into the emotional, mental and unconscious patterns that have been keeping you unwell or holding you back. 

Through mindfulness, meditations, visualizations and other practices such cognitive reappraisal, energy healing, movement, healthy nutrition, and gentle yoga we will gently begin to uproot the hardwired mental/emotional patterns and limiting beliefs held deep in your subconscious mind and begin paving the way for new, empowering beliefs and habits so that you can thrive, feel better, and become the best version of yourself. 

The new habits that you create in this 90-day coaching program will give you the tools to enable you to choose how you interact with your thoughts, emotions, and challenges and begin to shift your perspective about yourself, people, circumstances and life in general.

Program cost: $525 for 8 coaching sessions (1 hour each) over 90 days or $75.00 per hour (not including mileage costs)

Our bodies were designed to be used as a vehicle to manifest the higher good. In our coaching program, you will journey along a intuitive process and learn how to have a better relationship with food. Tap into your inner intuitive healer, and listen to what your body is telling you it needs. Ditch the fad diets and weight loss programs that do not work and that do not consider your body temple as its' uniquely designed to fulfil a higher purpose. Uncover the subconscious thoughts that have led you to unhealthy eating patterns and a negative body image. Learn to develop a healthy lifestyle and eating regimen that will nurture your body in a loving way.

Mind

Dig deep into your unique way of thinking, your emotions, and the hidden root causes not only of your weight but also that of your life challenges. As humans, we deal with a vast number of subconscious, emotional, psychological, and hormonal issues that lead to stress, weight gain and fluid retention. Our minds, spirits and bodies have a remarkable capacity to begin healing through simply changing how we think about ourselves, our lives and our daily habits. We are here to help you work through your challenges holistically using various cognitive, emotional and mental techniques for weight loss.

Spirit

Diets, pills, exercise, liposuction etc..-- these don't work often, because we haven't gotten to the root cause of our weight issues which is often emotional and stress related. We remain addicted and/or misaligned with unhealthy food choices instead of prioritizing our spiritual needs that is directly linked to a healthy and vital physical body. We invite you to join in on this healing journey where you will learn to overcome cravings, find motivation, use your intuition, and tap into the true needs of your spirit. Feeling spiritually, mentally and emotionally weighted is just as important as feeling physically weighted. This we can work through together.

​My Holistic Wellness Coaching Principles and What Coaching is Not.

  • Holistic wellness coaching is an ongoing relationship between me as your coach and you who desires coaching.

  • Although I am a Registered Nurse (RN), my coaching service is not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical treatment, mental health care, or treatment for substance abuse.

  • I am not functioning as licensed social workers, psychotherapists, primary care medical providers or mental health counselors.

  • My coaching service is not intended as a replacement for traditional medicine, counseling, psychiatric interventions, treatment for mental illness, recovery from severe trauma or past abuse, financial assistance, legal counsel, or other professional services.

  • My coaching services are for clients who are basically well adjusted, emotionally healthy, functioning effectively, and wanting to make changes in their lives with a holistic wellness focus.

  • My coaching is designed to address issues you would like to consider that have a holistic  undertone. These could include (but are not limited to) health and wellness practices, functional medicine, weight loss, intuitive and mindful eating, nutrition, energy healing, movement, exercise, meditation, yoga, better sleep, stress management and any other areas of your life in which is impacted or supported by your current level of wellness development including career development, relationship enhancement, lifestyle management, time management, goal-setting, life balance, decision making, movement through life or health transitions, or the achievement of short-term or long-term goals.

  • My coaching will be an ongoing relationship that might take a number of months, although either party can terminate at any time. Some or all of my coaching services might be done through in-person, online courses, virtual software, telehealth, telephone or internet contact.

  • My coaching sessions can involve brainstorming, values clarification, the completion of written assignments, education, goal setting, identifying plans of action, accountability, making requests, assignments to change behavior, examining lifestyle, motivational interviewing and questioning.

  • My coaching relationship will be most effective when we both are honest and straightforward in our communication.

  • My coaching service is a caring and confidential relationship and we agree to keep all of your personal information strictly confidential, except in those situations in which such confidentiality would violate the law or could jeopardize the safety of yourself or others.

  • My coaching is facilitated with the assumption that each of us is guided by our own values and beliefs.
