At midlife many of us women start to feel anxiety and tension searching for peace amid multiple co-occurring stressors including divorce/breaking up with a partner,  re-balancing work/personal life, securing enough financial resources, career changes, hormonal changes and health problems, taking care of children and aging parents, etc.

 

My midlife stress coaching program will help you take the first step to realign with your inner calm no matter what's happening presently in your life. I help midlife women discover healthier ways of dealing with the stress-provoking challenges of midlife.

 

Midlife can be a season of new beginnings to reawaken essential elements of your true self, highest potential and life purpose! My coaching program empowers midlife women to make lasting behavior changes that are the foundation for calming the mind, body and spirit.

 

I offer 3 and 6 month personalized coaching packages of weekly or every other week 1 hour coaching sessions and signature group midlife stress coaching programs.  All sessions are conducted online via zoom. You will also have access to me via email for guidance and support.

​My Coaching Principles 

  • Midlife stress coaching is an ongoing relationship between me as your coach and you who desires coaching.

  • Although I am a Registered Nurse (RN), my coaching service is not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical treatment, mental health care, or treatment for substance abuse.

  • I am not functioning as a physician, licensed social worker, psychotherapist, primary care medical provider or mental health counselor.

  • My coaching service is not intended as a replacement for traditional medicine, counseling, psychiatric interventions, treatment for mental illness, recovery from severe trauma or past abuse, financial assistance, legal counsel, or other professional services.

  • My coaching services are for clients who are basically well adjusted, emotionally healthy, functioning effectively, and wanting to make changes in their lives with a stress-holistic wellness focus.

  • My coaching is designed to address issues you would like to consider that have a holistic  undertone. 

  • My coaching will be an ongoing relationship that might take a number of months, although either party can terminate at any time. Some or all of my coaching services might be done through online courses, virtual software, telephone or internet contact.

  • My coaching sessions can involve brainstorming, values clarification, the completion of written assignments, education, goal setting, problem solving, identifying plans of action, accountability, making requests, assignments to change behavior, examining lifestyle, motivational interviewing and questioning.

  • My coaching relationship will be most effective when we both are honest and straightforward in our communication.

  • My coaching service is a caring and confidential relationship and I agree to keep all of your personal information strictly confidential, except in those situations in which such confidentiality would violate the law or could jeopardize the safety of yourself or others.

  • My coaching is facilitated with the assumption that each of us is guided by our own values and beliefs.
