Throughout this 31-day course, you are invited to explore simple breathing techniques, various mindfulness meditations to help quiet the mind and body. You will learn to witness your emotions, feelings and thoughts with acceptance and nonjudgement. Learn to sit with areas of tension and discomfort in the body and mind with more ease and calm.

This online course is designed to introduce you to basic mindfulness principles and help you begin a simple, yet powerful meditation practice so you can begin to experience less stress and anxiety.

The last two years we have witnessed a wave of stress, anxiety and depression that's affecting a wide array of people of all ages. There are unique challenges we encounter as women and stress and anxiety seems to be the norm. In a state of busyness, the ability to be fully present often becomes lost and we may even feel a disconnect with ourselves and the truth is we cannot control everything that happens in our lives. However, through the practice of mindfulness and meditation you can learn how to better respond to the challenges you face.

In this course, you will be guided in creating your own consistent self care practice of mindfulness and meditation to manage stress and anxiety and make space for more peaceful, positive moments in your life. Tune into breath and body awareness and basic-beginner mindfulness meditations. With practice you will gradually journey to feeling more grounded and calm.
