How much time do I need to commit?

What should I expect in the Live Group Coaching Sessions?
The live group coaching sessions are an excellent way to hold space and connect with others along this wellness and spiritual journey. Its' an opportunity to share your experience and ask questions regarding the engaging course activities for the course (Live Zoom sessions are typically 45-60 minutes long and will also include a themed meditation.
A link to register for the Live sessions will be provided in the course. (Registration is required for all LIVE group sessions).
If you are unable to attend the live lessons, a recording will be made available through the course shell.
