Service Description

Take time to let go of stress and unwind with a wonderfully relaxing and blissful, 90 minutes Restorative Yoga and Crystal Bowl Sound healing and Chakra Balance For 90 minutes Dr. Knight will take you slowly through a relaxing restorative yoga practice which unwinds deep tensions helping you slowly let go of stress; induces total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. You will be gently guided through supported poses so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive crystal sound bath. Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and passive practice. Through Restorative yoga you are activating the body's natural relaxation response by being fully supported by the props. Common props are bolters, blankets, straps, block, sandbags, eye pillows, walls and chairs. These props are provided for you at your appointment. Poses are typically held for 5-20 minutes each, allowing the body to completely relax and shape into the poses. If you have suffered from stress, injury, illness, or trauma Restorative Yoga can help you heal. waiver release required for all Yoga sessions.

Cancelation Policy

Appointment Policy COVID-19 safety precautions: Masks are encouraged but not required. I'll be wearing a mask during your appointment. If you feel sick, tested positive or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellations Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. I understand that unanticipated events happen and my intention is to fair to all of my clients. No refunds are issued for appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice, for no-shows or for any services already rendered.  Late Arrivals​ If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will remain as the time scheduled in order to accommodate my client appointments following yours. For client's arriving more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation and no refunds will be issued. This is out of respect and consideration to myself and my other clients. Please plan accordingly and be on time for your appointments. I look forward to serving you! ​ ​
