Service Description

A gentle- powerful modality to treat the mind, body & spirit and to restore inner balance and health. Reiki therapy works with all systems and the more subtle energies of the body for restoration and balancing the flow of energy through the body. It is deeply relaxing and restoring and can offer long-term benefits. This session also includes bio-tuning forks and crystal singing bowls aligned with ancient and natural frequencies to reharmonize and balance the 7-8 main energy centers and biofield. The client will lie down on a massage table during the Reiki and sound bath therapy. The body absorbs the harmonic frequencies and is nourished by them for optimal healing. These sound vibrations can have a profound relaxation effect on the nervous system. Sound therapy is utilized throughout the Reiki session. WHAT TO EXPECT 1. During the intake process we will discuss your overall concerns and complete the client consent and confidentiality agreement. 2. Before the heling session begins, think of specific areas (physically, mentally, spiritually, or emotionally) that you would like to focus on for the session. Please keep an open mind to the experience as healing energy works in it's own timing and most clients will require more than one session. The number of sessions depends on your needs and goals - Reiki works best accumulatively over a consistent period of time. Each session builds on the work accomplished in the previous session(s). 3. For in-person sessions, the you will lie down comfortably on a massage table removing only your shoes and jewelry. You will remain fully clothed. Aromatherapy (Lavender or Chamomile)& healing sounds (soft meditative music, crystal singing bowls) are used in the session based on your preference. ​4. During the session I will gently lay my hands on or slightly above your body and at different points of the body, using specialized hand positions. Hand positions are held for a few minutes at each point during the session to aid energy flow. The energy emitted from a Reiki therapist's hands is thought to correct blockages and imbalances in the flow of energy throughout the client's body and energy centers. 5. After the session is complete, I will allow you time to talk about your experience. Be prepared to drink plenty of water after your healing Reiki session, as the energy can prompt a mild detox process and self-healing. 90- min In-person Reiki and Sound Healing Session $110

Cancelation Policy

Appointment Policy COVID-19 safety precautions: Masks are encouraged but not required. I'll be wearing a mask during your appointment. If you feel sick, tested positive or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellations Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. I understand that unanticipated events happen and my intention is to fair to all of my clients. No refunds are issued for appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice, for no-shows or for any services already rendered.  Late Arrivals​ If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will remain as the time scheduled in order to accommodate my client appointments following yours. For client's arriving more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation and no refunds will be issued. This is out of respect and consideration to myself and my other clients.
