We will begin with a brief-complementary consultation call and a discussion about your stress level, health history, and personal goals. You will be asked to complete an Integrative-Wellness Health Assessment during the initial consultation which accesses the following areas: ​ -Stress Management -Life Balance/Satisfaction -Relationships -Spiritual -Emotional -Mental -Physical Nutrition, Exercise and Movement -Environment -Health Responsibility Request a 30 minute complementary consultation appointment today at no charge! Initial Consultations takes place via Zoom or via phone.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy COVID-19 safety precautions: Masks are encouraged but not required. I'll be wearing a mask during your appointment. If you feel sick, tested positive or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellations Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. I understand that unanticipated events happen and my intention is to fair to all of my clients. No refunds are issued for appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice, for no-shows or for any services already rendered.  Late Arrivals​ If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will remain as the time scheduled in order to accommodate my client appointments following yours. For client's arriving more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation and no refunds will be issued. This is out of respect and consideration to myself and my other clients.
