Service Description

A session includes crystal singing bowls aligned with ancient and natural frequencies to reharmonize and balance the 7-8 main energy centers/chakras of the human energy system. The chakras as a symbolic language and template of the human energy system. They exist in the subtle etheric body and as we focus our consciousness in on them, they can begin to open up like petals of a flower opening and we can feel we are emotionally, mentally and spirituality in harmony. Private Sound Healing: In a private sound healing session, the session is attuned more specifically to your energy and body to address specific intentions in the moment. A private therapeutic sound session can range from 30 to 60 minutes. A private session may include all or a combination of the following: -Guided meditations and breathing exercises -Use of overtone instruments on and around the body -Renewing Reiki energetic touch, concentrated in particular areas of the physical/emotional body -Tuning forks used in conjunction with acupressure points, meridian systems and muscle tension -Chakra energy alignment The client will lie down on a massage table during the sound bath therapy. The body absorbs the harmonic frequencies and is nourished by them for optimal healing. These sound vibrations can have a profound effect on the cells, organs, tissues, as well as the circulatory, metabolic and endocrine systems. To begin the session I will guide you through a short guided relaxation to get you comfortable on the massage table and as you give yourself up to the unfolding experience of chakra sound healing. During this 60 min session, I will play each of the crystal bowls with the note that best resonates with the 7 main chakras. I will invite you to place your awareness on the parts of the physical body that corresponds with each Chakra.

Cancelation Policy

Appointment Policy COVID-19 safety precautions: Masks are encouraged but not required. I'll be wearing a mask during your appointment. If you feel sick, tested positive or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellations Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. I understand that unanticipated events happen and my intention is to fair to all of my clients. No refunds are issued for appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice, for no-shows or for any services already rendered.  Late Arrivals​ If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will remain as the time scheduled in order to accommodate my client appointments following yours. For client's arriving more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation and no refunds will be issued. This is out of respect and consideration to myself and my other clients.
