Are you a caregiver experiencing burnout or stress and want to learn Reiki 1 as a self-care tool and to share Reiki with those you care for? Want to learn Reiki 1 privately or with a small group? Reiki offers tremendous benefits for 'informal' or 'family' caregivers who provide unpaid care for family and friends in need. Integrate Reiki into your self-care regimen to feel more in control. Reiki is something you can have done to you by a practitioner, or you can learn to perform Reiki on yourself and on those you are caring for. By taking a level I Reiki class with a certified Reiki Master Teacher, you are taking steps toward, and opening yourself up to, a system of self-care and healing that is available to you anytime, anyplace and in any amount needed. Training limited to 3 students per class to ensure an intimate experience. (Each student will register and pay for the training @$ 149 each). Reiki is a simple-to-learn, easy-to-use self-care practice that has been shown to offer physical and psychological benefits to recipients. ​Learn Dr. Usui's Traditional energy healing system through a private 6-hour training. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese holistic energy healing practice that uses therapeutic touch of the hands (guided by life force energy) to unblock stagnant energy and to activate the body’s natural healing process. It is a gentle, safe and effective means to reduce stress, anxiety, pain and supports one's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In Reiki level 1 you will learn about self-care with energy, the history of Reiki, how to perform Reiki on yourself and those you care for with specialized hand techniques. I offer multiple reflective and interactive practice activities to provide a deep informative, enriching and transformational experience! Cancelation Policy

Appointment Policy COVID-19 safety precautions: Masks are encouraged but not required. I'll be wearing a mask during your appointment. If you feel sick, tested positive or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellations Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. I understand that unanticipated events happen and my intention is to fair to all of my clients. No refunds are issued for appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice, for no-shows or for any services already rendered.  Late Arrivals​ If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will remain as the time scheduled in order to accommodate my client appointments following yours. For client's arriving more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation and no refunds will be issued. This is out of respect and consideration to myself and my other clients.
