Program cost: $525 for 8 coaching sessions (1 hour each) over 90 days or $75.00 per/hour This 90-Day Program combines Holistic-Integrative Wellness & Health Coaching, Stress Management & Spiritual Coaching. This 90 day program allows time for you to make sustainable changes within your personal health and well-being. We are here to share transformational tools and to help you create a newer and happier life for yourself while overcoming any roadblocks that have been holding you back from living the best version of yourself in the following areas: -balanced healthy & holistic living  (functional nutrition, stress management, movement/exercise, weight management, rest and relaxation, healthy connections) -healthy coping and resilience to life transitions, burnout and stress -peace, calm and relaxation of mind, body & spirit -self-awareness, empowerment and authenticity -heightened spirituality, intuition, consciousness, abundance and a clearer life vision -healthier relationships -increased energy, productivity, mental focus and clarity -happiness, joy, and vitality Coaching sessions may include holistic- integrative treatments What is your Spiritual Counseling practice based on? Spiritual counseling is not psychological counseling or psychotherapy, but rather a reflective interaction that guides the client into unveiling their spiritual and emotional needs in a compassionate and caring nature. My Holistic Wellness and Spiritual Counseling program is not attached to any particular religion or faith practice. As a holistic nurse, I merely counsel within the area of general spirituality and a confidential-professional counseling setting which may include elements of energy-metaphysical principles. Spiritual counseling greatly complements my other therapies of stress management, energy healing, meditation, Yoga etc. I help my clients understand their own spirituality to promote peace, healing and union with a higher essence and life purpose in relation to common life problems, challenges and issues. Program cost: $525 for 8 coaching sessions (1 hour each) over 90 days or $75.00 per hour (not including mileage costs)

Cancelation Policy

Appointment Policy COVID-19 safety precautions: Masks are encouraged but not required. I'll be wearing a mask during your appointment. If you feel sick, tested positive or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellations Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. I understand that unanticipated events happen and my intention is to fair to all of my clients. No refunds are issued for appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice, for no-shows or for any services already rendered.  Late Arrivals​ If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will remain as the time scheduled in order to accommodate my client appointments following yours. For client's arriving more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation and no refunds will be issued. This is out of respect and consideration to myself and my other clients.
