Learn Dr. Usui's Traditional energy healing system through a in-person class, 100% live virtual format or as a full online self-paced course. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese holistic energy healing practice that uses therapeutic touch of the hands (guided by life force energy) to unblock stagnant energy and to activate the body’s natural healing process. It is a gentle, safe and effective means to reduce stress, anxiety, pain and supports one's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
We offer small class sizes and multiple reflective and interactive practice activities to provide a deep informative, enriching and transformational experience to help you break through whatever is holding you back from living your best self-and to help other people to do the same!
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and energetic balance; physical, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki is now used all over the world, including in hospitals, palliative care and hospice, and to complement other forms of holistic healing treatments.
Reiki energy is plentiful and is a gift that is available to everyone. The only thing you need to access Reiki energy is the intention to align yourself to it.

REIKI LEVEL 1

Level 1: Self- Healing Reiki Level 1 helps the practitioner connect more to the Vital Life Force Energy that we all have within. Reiki Level I focuses on the holistic health of the practitioner and has long been used for stress, relaxation & anxiety relief, to ease chronic, reduce disease symptoms & treatment or medication side effects, support surgery and recovery, ease end of life transitions and more. Simple yet profound, Reiki can help you deeply relax and discover more inner peace and serenity during your healing process. Our Reiki Level 1 course is the foundation where you receive your first attunements and gets you on the path of practicing Reiki confidently on yourself as a healing and personal growth system. In Reiki 1 You will learn the history about Reiki, how the body uses energy and universal life force energy (Reiki), Reiki daily principles, hand positions, energy centers of the body (chakras), how to apply Reiki to others including your loved ones, pets, plants, food, water and more! Reiki 1 includes 4 attunements and closing meditation.
REIKI LEVEL 2

Our Reiki Level 2 Training and Certification class builds upon the skills learned in Reiki Level 1 as one learns the practice on a deeper level and release unwanted habits and emotional patterns. The practitioner learns symbols and specialized techniques to support themselves and others mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally from a distance. After successfully completing our Professional Reiki 2 certification and attunements, the Reiki practitioner will feel confident in applying Reiki professionally to others and/or their clients.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level 1 Training Certification and Attunement
REIKI LEVEL 3: MASTER/TEACHER

Our Reiki Level 3 Training builds upon Reiki 1 and 2 and the practitioner is certified as a Master and Teacher of Reiki. At this level, you as the practitioner will learn about the master symbol and how to use it. You will also learn how to teach and attune others to Reiki at all levels. At this level your journey is just beginning and you will continue to grow and raise your level of awareness.
Prerequisite: Reiki 1 and 2 Level Training Certification and Attunements
REIKI LEVEL 1, 2 AND 3 MASTER/TEACHER COMBINED TRAINING

Our Reiki 1,2 and 3 combined training and certification course is now open for enrollment. Our online Reiki training courses are ideal for self-directed individuals who desire convenience and greater flexibility through a self-paced format. We work one-on-one with each student as they work through the course modules and attunements. This online course is also structured for interactive live lessons via Zoom and live Reiki shares to supplement the online training concepts and assignments students are completing at their own pace.
REIKI TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
With our Reiki training classes, students will receive:
Private one-on-one Reiki attunements (4 attunements are given in Reiki level 1 and 1 each in levels 2 and 3.
Self Healing Hand positions for your personal practice (Level 1)
REIKI PRINCIPLES and how it applies to your life (Level 1)
Reiki 2 symbols (Level 2- Five Reiki Symbols, how to facilitate distance Reiki healing)
Master symbols (Level 3)
Easy to follow training lectures and demonstrations
Ongoing email support
Trainings include an comprehensive E-book (PDF) and any additional materials.
Upon completion of the training participants will receive a certificate at the respective Reiki level.
DEMONSTRATIONS AND PRACTICE

Using real persons or simulated mannequins follow demonstration of Reiki techniques and hand positions.
PRACTICUM WITH CASE SCENARIOS
We believe true learning and content retention comes from direct hands-on practice and application. As a part of our Reiki training certifications students are required to successfully complete practice sessions using a simulated object (this can be a family member, friend, pet, stuffed animal, mannequin etc).

FAQ
IS REIKI ALIGNED WITH MY FAITH?
Reiki is not associated with any religion and it is used across many healthcare settings across the world as it is now a well-accepted and evidence-based holistic healing modality. All people of different backgrounds, faith beliefs and religions practice Reiki. Reiki complements any spiritual practice and doesn't teach any beliefs that would interfere with any other faith practice or religions.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE?
After successful completion of Reiki training and attunements, students will receive their certificate (PDF) via email within 1 week after course completion. Special requests can be made for mail delivery at the student's preference.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WITH THE ATTUNEMENT PROCESS?
A private one-to-one attunement process will take place virtually via Zoom after the student completes the virtual training. The student and the Reiki master-teacher will meet and all that is required is to find a quiet space to relax at the scheduled time of the attunement. The Reiki Master teacher will use established practices of performing the attunement followed by a closing meditation. The attunements stay with you for life.
WHAT PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH?
I am a professionally registered and certified Usui Reiki-Master Teacher; recognized by the International Association of Reiki Professionals. I am also a Certified Nurse Educator/Professor recognized by the National League of Nursing with extensive teaching methodologies and over 10 years of teaching experiences both in an in-person and an online-virtual format.
