A Powerful Holistic Healing & Stress Resilience Modality to Heal & Balance Your Emotions

Yoga and Reiki can be used in conjunction or in isolation of one another, however when these two practices are combined along with Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) they can yield powerful transformations. (CBT) is a type of modality that helps individuals learn to better manage thought patterns that have a negative influence on their level of stress and emotions.

A private CBT-yoga and Reiki therapy program is an opportunity to explore your unique physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic needs. Yoga is an entry way as one begins to peel away layers of emotional blockages. Reiki works around and in-between these layers; opening one to receive healing energy in the mind, body and spirit.
